Booked a test drive online late Sunday evening, received a courtesy call first thing Monday morning from Mo Abbedelal to confirm the details about the vehicle I wanted to look at, the appointment time requested, and to see if there was any questions he could take before I got there. When I got to the dealership, Mo had the car ready for me and promptly answered all my questions. While I took a awhile for me to finally make my decision to purchase, Mo waited patiently even though his shift finished several hours ago. After a little negotiation (the price was reasonable out of the gate), the purchase process was smooth and easy. Fresh wash and a full tank of gas later, I had my new (new to me) 2022 Corvette. Mo was great to work with, zero pressure, and very pleasant. Would gladly recommend to see Mo @ Ferman Chevrolet when you're in the market for a new/used vehicle.

Even though we ended up finding a different vehicle that more fit our needs, we did want to thank Nicco for his help. We both mentioned we were wishing we could have purchased from him instead, but had to go with the vehicle that was a better fit for us. We absolutely recommend Nicco. We enjoyed working with him, it was a great experience across the board and that did not go unnoticed. I also wanted to mention, I had a bad experience at Ferman dealership a few years ago and have completely avoided as well as warn/not recommended to others. I was actually completely against even pulling in the day we did. Nicco redeemed that.

I came to look at a truck and went home with a new one. They are very knowledgeable and helpful while asking questions and they provided all the options and whatnot but I never felt pressured into buying anything. Great people, I had my kids with me, they made sure the kids were happy during the paperwork. Jamarius has been in contact with me after the sale to make sure I was happy and to let me know when the extras were delivered. Rob was great with my 7 and 10 year old daughters and let them look inside the Corvette. He did extra for them which he didn’t have to do and it made their whole week+ amazing and full of smiles.
