Went in Car Gurus to look for a truck to replace my old beat up, barely running trash hauling truck. Multiple dealers wouldn’t even give me a thing for it. It wasn’t worth much if anything, but wanted to get something just for tax purposes and to trade the tag. I first went to Morgan Chevrolet where I was baited and switched on and the mark up on a truck for over $10,000 from the advertised price. I went home and continued my search which led me to Ferman. Initially from my first experience I was skeptical but they did all they could to earn my business and assure me that they don’t do business like that. They weren’t lying either, sight unseen for my truck they made and offer for it and even took more off the price of the listed truck I was interested in. After coming to an agreement and before I came down I spoke with and cemented a deal in order for me to make the 100 mile drive from Ocala. Once arriving they had the truck ready for me to inspect and test drive. No pressure at all. They waited gracefully for me to initiate how I’d like to and if I wanted proceed. Once we sat down I told them I wanted a warranty at no charge…. No hesitation it was given! I was totally satisfied at that point! I brought to my salesman’s attention (Anthony Parada) that the gas tank was on E, again he didn’t hesitate and said it would be on FULL when I got out of finance, which it was. In finance, they handled everything beautifully, they did ask if I wanted certain things but in no way did they force or pressure me to buy anything which I didn’t.
