Was met right away and greeted, waited maybe 5 minutes to get service advisor .i had appt.and processed for service on time waited about 40 minutes I n waiting room and notified service complete. I been coming here for 40 yrs, usually wait a couple of hrs.

One of my instrument gauges would go dark for awhile then come back on. I told Neal I will be donating this auto to the church. I am a contractor for he US Navy and will be leaving soon for a year. If it does not cost too much I will pay for it. If not, the church will deal w/ it. Later, Neal said I would need a whole new instrument cluster. Something about it could not be fixed w/ a computer update. I will let the church screw w/ it. - And I would recommend Ferman a long as the service tech w/ 2 first names was not their tech. Not an honest man.
