I went there to buy a new car They lied I feel like they stole my car I gave them a 2019 Chevy Cruze I wanted a Chevy equinox I got one the payment Is a lot more When I told them I gotta have the same payment he got me so confused I'm a non smoker someone smoked in the vehicle and it stinks I feel like throwing up every time I go in it I know where not to buy a car from They told me they had helped me out but they do not I got no extra key tricky no owner's manual If you could get me out of this car and put me into a 2021 that'd be much better than this one

Dealership treated me like a king before I bought the truck but NOT after. I was told to bring in my truck the next day at 10 to have two minor repairs and have a part ordered. I was told it should be a couple of hours. They hadn’t looked at the truck at the two hour mark and I was told he didn’t say a couple of hours. He did. I didn’t hear from them at 4 in the afternoon so I called and was told it would be ready the next day at noon. I now don’t have a vehicle but I was told I could come get it and schedule another day to go through “the regular process”. The sad part is they know I wouldn’t buy a vehicle if they blew me off like this before the sale.

YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silverado. They had an appointment for 2:00 pm on Wednesday so I dropped my truck off Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning @ 8:00am, I received a tx from a Service advisor Michael who said he’d stay in touch with me. I didn’t hear anything all day and send him a message @ 4:00pm requesting an update! I figured they had it all day and just as they’re about to leave for the day, I ask when it will be finished. His reply was we looked at it early and they had to keep it another day! This information would have been helpful earlier in the day so I can secure further transportation!!!! A loaner wasn’t even offered! Thank god I reached out to the dealership because they had may have never got back with me! Day 2 10:00am Thursday, I don’t hear anything from the dealership so I send Michael a message asking for an update. Around 11:00am I finally received a reply saying he needed to get with the technician. REALLY? They’ve had my truck over 12 working hours and they need to get with the technician? Thinking I’d get a call shortly, I wait all day for an update! Once again @ 3:45 I have to ask for a update! So an hour later @ 4:45pm I finally hear a response saying he got backed up? No other response other then that!!!!!!!!!! ISN’T THIS WHY APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE AND IF YOUR BACKED UP YOU DON’T ACCEPT NEW ONES! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TX THE REST OF THE DAY!!!!!! So apparently they decided to keep my truck for another day without contacting me!!!!!!!!!! I call the dealership to speak with someone in Service. My transferred goes right to voicemail!!!! I left a message asking for someone to contact me asap. I never heard anything back! I called the dealership to request speaking to someone in service and they said Service has went home for the day! Once again, I have no transportation and don’t even receiving a simple call saying they were holding my truck just shows the incompetence of this dealership!!!!!! Day 3 2:00pm Friday, Now I’m p!ssed !!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP! I attempted to call and speak to the Service advisor! The transferred call goes right to voicemail!!!!!!! xxx I hang up and call back to speak to the Service manager and that goes to voicemail! Another call is placed for the General Manager and that goes to voicemail!!!! OMG I’m in town for business and I can’t believe this dealership doesn’t care about it’s customers and even simple communication!!!!!!! I call the dealership back for the 4th time and finally got to speak with someone named Mike in Service!!!!!! Actually this person had to be tracked down just to answer the phone! So I proceeded to inquire about my truck that they’ve had for 3 full days! The only response I got was we’re busy and might need to look at it!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said I need to leave town today and need my truck back asap! They had it all that time to only say we might need to look at it! Im going to mail them a xxxx picture just as a reminder since they liked “Looking @ it” I really hope the Management sees this review because this is a total disgrace!!!!!!!!! Hopefully someone losses their job for this incompetence! If Chevrolet would ever see this review I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy!!!!!!! Please go elsewhere for service for this dealership because they clearly don’t know how to take care of its customers! If I could give it a zero star I would do that first just to warn everyone!

I had the worse service ever here and it wasn't the first time. I went here out of convenience. They actually texted at closing time to tell me they needed to keep my car over weekend instead of calling me to ask. I couldn't even say no. Next time, I will drive an hour to Ferman Tarpon where the staff is friendly and they call me to discuss the status of my vehicle. That just goes to show that value of the customer over there versus Tampa/Brandon. I won't be returning. That's why I even buy my vehicles there too.

My wife and I spent over 4 hours at Palm Chevy In Ocala where she was approved for a new vehicle. They gave us this run around about adding a 4,000 shortage fee above internet pricing on all new vehicles. That 4k was a staring point on the fee's. I couldn't believe these dealers around the Ocala area were doing this. We finally came to a agreement and when we went to sign the papers they came and said the vehicle has been sold for a week and not available. I woke up Monday morning after being up until 2 am doing research of who the xxxx Had this vehicle and how I could get it as my wife was very upset. I waited until 1030Am the next day and no call yet from palm Chevy. So I called and spoke to sales GM to find out our salesman doesn't come in till noon and he was not aware of our situation meaning no one was working to find a vehicle or even come up With any type of solution. Just an open approval sitting there. He says yah I don't know what to tell you. Your approval is open for 30 days. Mind you I even emailed them at 1:38Am A list of who had the vehicle in Florida hoping they'd see it first thing and get working. Now I get dealer trades and all is hard If non at all right now but it's worth the effort in my mind. So this is where Ferman's comes in to play. After calling Dale Jr Chevy in Tallahassee, John Hall in Daytona, xxxx I even called a few dealers In Michigan lol I was willing to drive to Michigan, I was so pissed. I get in contact with Rachael M at Fermans. She listened to my story as I was pissed and telling my story at a fast rate as if it was her fault or problem. I xxxx you not then it happened. She's asked for all the details of the approval of what I knew and wanted my vin for our trade, asked for some pictures of the trade and my cell #. In less then 15 min she had an offer sent to me less then Palm Chevy and no shortage penalty xxxxxxxx charge. literally said to myself...this is a joke this can't be this simple, there's no way, I'm going to get there and something won't be right. Welp I'll wrap it up, I left work at 630, my wife and I made it to Fermans at 8pm literally walked out with the car she wanted at 9:02pm deal done. Obviously there was a few more conversations between Rachel and I about details but it was the simplest of conversations. Right to the point no BS and run around. I shot her straight and she did to me as well and I respect that about a person and a business. Thank you again Rachel and to Ferman's some people just know how to get things done and that was what she / they did. I also appreciated the finance guy to proceed all the paper work he was super helpful and very quick.

To anyone that cares,I purchased a car from Ferman...

To anyone that cares, I purchased a car from Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa and within 10 days my engine light came on. No problem. My sales person said it was “Certified” and that it came with a warranty. Come to find out this was an outright lie. I have spoken to numerous employees at the dealership over the course of weeks and all I’ve gotten is the runaround. Promises to call me back or “I’ll look into it.” I was even told by a service manager that I should call Ferman’s competitor to see if they could help. I’ve been told by many employees that they understand but so far nobody seems to care about me or the dealership’s reputation. I haven’t made the first payment on my vehicle yet and it’s sitting in line at the service department waiting for someone to get around to it. I’ve meticulously noted every time I’ve reached out to Ferman. I’ve noted every employee I’ve spoken to that “understands” and is “looking into it.” Those details are as follows: November 8, 2021 - evening Purchased a used 2019 Chevrolet Camaro 1LT RS with approximately 45,000 miles. Alec Britton was my sales person and told me the vehicle was Certified and came with a 2 year or 50,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The Camaro had a broken windshield and was missing the second key. I was told that after the purchase they would have a key made and replace the windshield. The cash purchase price of the vehicle was $31,435 plus the $999 dealer fee and then other various fees bringing the total price to $34,408.18. Ronald Whiting was my finance agent and sold me GAP insurance and a tire warranty. Since I was under the impression my vehicle still had a warranty I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. November 9, 2021 - morning Down payment of $1,000 made. Was told the key was locked up and they couldn’t get to it at the moment. November 10, 2021 @ 0900 I texted Alec asking about the key and when to set up an appointment to fix the windshield. No response. November 12, 2021 @ 1033 I texted Alec again about the windshield and key. He did reply with “I’ll get back with you in a min”. No response after that. November 14, 2021 @ 0916 I texted Alec again about an appointment to pick up the key and fix the windshield. He responded with “I’ll be in at noon and will call you”. No response after that. November 17, 2021 - evening Engine light came on. November 18th, 2021 - morning Texted Alec again about the windshield, key and now the engine light. He replied that he was out of town and would be back next week. I could get the key then but that my warranty would cover the window and the engine. The engine light went out on the way to the dealership so I decided to wait for Alec to return and go to the dealership for my windshield replacement and key. November 24th, 2021 - morning Alec was supposed to be in that day. Called and texted him with no response. November 2021 - Thanksgiving Holliday. November 30, 2021 - morning Engine light came back on. I decided Alec was not interested in helping me any longer so I instead called the service department. The lady I spoke with said that they didn’t fix windshields there and that I should contact my insurance company. I explained that my salesman told me to call the service department to fix the windshield. She insisted that I could not get my windshield fixed there and to call my insurance company. I set up an appointment to drop my vehicle off that day at 1100 to get the engine light looked at and get the second key. 1100 I arrived at the dealership and spoke to Hayle Knighton in the service department. Upon looking up my vehicle in her system she informed me that it was NOT a “certified” used vehicle and did NOT have a full warranty and that I would be charged for the diagnostic and any repairs that would be required outside of my power train warranty. I asked about a loaner vehicle to use while mine was being repaired and was told that Ferman does not have loaner vehicles. She was unsure if my sales person was working that day. I went inside to speak to him about the warranty he assured me my vehicle had. Approximately 1130 I found Ron Whiting in his office and I was told Alec no longer worked for the dealership. Since he financed my vehicle I asked him for help. He took me to talk to the service manager, Issac Santana. Issac told me that they would cover the repair, replace my windshield and locate the second key. I was told again that they do not offer loaner vehicles but that a shuttle would take me home. 1613 Hayle called to tell me it appears my vehicle has a transmission issue however it would probably not be looked at until the following week. It was explained to me that they only have one transmission specialist working there and that he was backed up with other warranty repairs. Hayle offered to give my contact information to Issac so that I could speak to him about a possible solution. 1705 Issac calls and repeats exactly what Hayle had already told me. Rather than offer to expedite my repair he actually suggested that I call their competitor Stingray Chevrolet to see if they could help. Since these repairs were going to take an exceptionally long time I again requested a loaner vehicle. Issac told me he would talk to his managers to see what could be done and that I should call back after speaking to the service department at Stingray Chevrolet. I asked for his number and he gave me the main line and not his actual number. After speaking to Crystal in the service department at Stingray Chevrolet I attempted to call Issac back but was transferred to a voicemail that was not his. Someone named Brandon. I left a message anyway. No reply from Issac or Brandon. Between November 30th and December 1st, 2021 Crystal and Lisa at Stingray Chevrolet were very helpful and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, December 7th to look at my vehicle. I was also given the GM customer service number. December 1, 2021 - morning Hayle calls me to inquire as to whether Issac ever got back with me. I informed her about our conversation but that he never replied back after I left the message. She said she would look into it but Issac never returned my called. December 2, 2021 @ 1006 I call Ferman to speak to someone higher up than Issac. I spoke with Carla who I told my problems to. She said that she would talk to her manager and would call me back at noon. 1344 No one had gotten back to me so I called again and spoke with Carla. She transferred me to Seth who assured me that the Director of Sales and Service would get back with me. No reply from them. December 3rd, 2021 @ 1240 Attempted to call Diana at customer service. On hold for 30 minutes until I was disconnected. I called back at 1310 and was on hold for another 30 minutes with no answer. 1340 Called Hayle. No answer and her voicemail is full so I was unable to leave a message. 1605 Attempted to call Hayle again with no answer. 1645 Attempted to call Hayle again with no answer. December 4, 2021 @ 1105 Called the service department to check on the status of my repair. She attempted to transfer me to someone but no one answered. She said she would email them to call me back. No one ever responded. @ 1111 Called Hayle. No answer. Left a voicemail asking about the status. Specifically the second key. December 5, 2021 @ approximately 1200. This entire message up to this point was sent to Ferman Chevrolet through their “contact us” page on their website. No response. December 6, 2021 @ 1030 Hayle called to let me know the problem was a “transmission harness”. She said that they ordered the part but that it was on “nationwide back order” and could not give me a timeframe on when it would be in or when it would be fixed. December 8, 2021 @ 0745 Called Hayle and left a message asking for the part number of the wiring harness. I was confident I could find that part by calling other dealerships. December 8, 2021 @ 0804 Hayle call back to tell me the part came in that morning and that she would make sure it got put in that day. December 8, 2021 - afternoon Hayle called to tell me my car was fixed and could come pick it up anytime. My key still wasn’t programmed and she was unable to get the glass technician in to replace the windshield yet but would set up an appointment convenient for me. Hayle (and I truly believe on her own) was able to send my car back through the used car department and have it “certified”. Oil and filters were replaced. New wiper blades and 4 brand new tires were installed. Hayle went above and beyond to help me out and attempt to salvage Ferman’s reputation. We decided I would return after work on December 22, 2021 @ 1330 to have my windshield replaced and my second key programmed. December 22, 2021 @ 1330 I returned but Hayle was not working that day. A young man instructed me to wait in my car and he would get someone to help me. After about 15 minutes a service technician came out to assist me. He was unable to find my appointment with my name and phone number. I told him why I was there and since he was unsure of wether me, sales or service would pay for it he needed to find another employee. Approximately 15 more minutes later Brian came out and introduced himself as a service manager. He informed me that the glass technician was there that morning to replace my windshield but they could not find my vehicle. I told Brian they couldn’t find my vehicle because I was driving it that morning and had a 1330 appointment to have it repaired. Brian called the technician who was unable to come back that day and wouldn’t be available until December 27th. I told Brian I would like my second key to be programmed while I was there. I left with my second key at approximately 1530 and was told Haley would reach out to confirm my appointment to fix my windshield. December 24th, 2021 Made my FIRST car payment. December 27th, 2021 @ 1400 Hayle texted to ask if I was on my way. Apparently Brian never told her I came in at my appointed time the previous week and they were unable to help with the windshield. He also didn’t tell her I already picked up my key. I told her not to forget about the windshield any longer and that I would be handling it on my own through my insurance company. Later that day I received a survey email asking about my satisfaction. I sent these previous details on all my interactions and the next day received an automated reply asking ME to “reach out” to discuss this. There was no number to call included and the email came from a do not reply email. So who exactly do I attempt to reach out to now? Clearly nobody read this message because I HAVE reached out. I’ve already attempted to contact anyone that could help many, many times. That same day I called a local glass repair shop and they fixed my windshield the next day. They did in 2 days what the dealership couldn’t accomplish in 2 months. December 31, 2021 Received a second satisfaction survey email. I will again reply and include the new details of my ordeal. This is the last day of the year and this will be the last chance I give Ferman of Brandon any chance, though very remote, to make this right. As you can see I have been more than patient and understanding. I’ve also been incredibly respectful with each and every person I’ve dealt with so far. But as you can also see I have been far from respected by Ferman Chevrolet of Brandon and its employees with the only exception being Hayle Knighton in the service department. Everyone was so enthusiastic and quick to respond when I was purchasing the vehicle but now it seems that when I need help with it nobody cares to even respond.

Well the saga continues Chapter 3. 4 months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return a phone call but the minute you post a review the phone is ringing 8 the next morning. I was told that at this stage Gen. Manager would be alerted of this issue. Wow what a novel idea. That was approx. 10 days ago and of course no phone calls or correspondence as of now. Go somewhere else! Horrible customer service and poor workmanship. Thursday- I brought my car in for an oil change. I had an 11:00 appointment. I waited thinking it wouldn't take long since I had an appointment. 12:30 comes and I go check on it. I was told oil change wasn't finished yet and it had to have a recall fixed as well. I was told Rick was supposed to have come to talk to me about it. He never did. They tried to call him but if course he was at lunch and no one could reach him. I finally get my car back at 1:30. Sunday - My husband says it looks like my car is leaving oil due to what liked like oil in the driveway. Monday - We do my car off at our mechanic thinking they just didn't tighten something. I get a call saying the oil cap was never put back on and there is oil all over the engine. It was not drivable. Ferman had to tow my car from the mechanic back to the dealership. Tuesday- They still have my car and after calling and leaving messages, no one has called us back. If I could give 0 stars I would

This is a Service Department Review:So my A/C went out...

This is a Service Department Review: So my A/C went out in my 2018 Silverado. We have gotten all of our service at Ferman since. We have had issues along the way but quietly worked through them. After today I have to say I just have to review. Brian, the service manager I am convinced doesn’t care to serve customers. Shocking, I know. My A/C went on Monday the 26th. I called the dealership immediately and the earliest they could schedule me was today the 28th. That’s fine, we dealt with the sweltering heat of Florida and we’re patient because we do not expect immediate service. However, the problem exists when you tell me that you (Dealership Service Department) can schedule my repair at 1pm and then I take a half day off from work, because you know, I still have to do that (work). I arrived at 12:45pm for a 1:30pm appointment and spoke with service advisor Manny. Manny told me unfortunately they could not get my vehicle in today but I could leave it and they would get to it when they can get to it but definitely not today. No offer for loaner no offer for anything really. I asked to speak with Brian, who we had trouble reaching in the past with other issues and he wouldn’t even give us the courtesy of coming out to speak with us. As in past experience when our vehicle wasn’t painted correctly after an accident, he never returned calls or emails and we had to show up one day and just work through multiple employees to get his attention. So here we are, in Florida, in July barreling into August with no A/C and the best they can go is another week. We are both seniors and the heat is unbearable for us. Not to mention the vacation time I lost by burning a half day for this appointment and will need to take an entire day off next week to get it repaired. We are well under warranty as well as purchased an extended warranty. We will be using a different dealer moving forward as we have HAD IT WITH BRIAN THE NO SHOW!

YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silverado. They had an appointment for 2:00 pm on Wednesday so I dropped my truck off Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning @ 8:00am, I received a tx from a Service advisor Michael who said he’d stay in touch with me. I didn’t hear anything all day and send him a message @ 4:00pm requesting an update! I figured they had it all day and just as they’re about to leave for the day, I ask when it will be finished. His reply was we looked at it early and they had to keep it another day! This information would have been helpful earlier in the day so I can secure further transportation!!!! A loaner wasn’t even offered! Thank god I reached out to the dealership because they had may have never got back with me! Day 2 10:00am Thursday, I don’t hear anything from the dealership so I send Michael a message asking for an update. Around 11:00am I finally received a reply saying he needed to get with the technician. REALLY? They’ve had my truck over 12 working hours and they need to get with the technician? Thinking I’d get a call shortly, I wait all day for an update! Once again @ 3:45 I have to ask for a update! So an hour later @ 4:45pm I finally hear a response saying he got backed up? No other response other then that!!!!!!!!!! ISN’T THIS WHY APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE AND IF YOUR BACKED UP YOU DON’T ACCEPT NEW ONES! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TX THE REST OF THE DAY!!!!!! So apparently they decided to keep my truck for another day without contacting me!!!!!!!!!! I call the dealership to speak with someone in Service. My transferred goes right to voicemail!!!! I left a message asking for someone to contact me asap. I never heard anything back! I called the dealership to request speaking to someone in service and they said Service has went home for the day! Once again, I have no transportation and don’t even receiving a simple call saying they were holding my truck just shows the incompetence of this dealership!!!!!! Day 3 2:00pm Friday, Now I’m p!ssed !!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP! I attempted to call and speak to the Service advisor! The transferred call goes right to voicemail!!!!!!! xxx I hang up and call back to speak to the Service manager and that goes to voicemail! Another call is placed for the General Manager and that goes to voicemail!!!! OMG I’m in town for business and I can’t believe this dealership doesn’t care about it’s customers and even simple communication!!!!!!! I call the dealership back for the 4th time and finally got to speak with someone named Mike in Service!!!!!! Actually this person had to be tracked down just to answer the phone! So I proceeded to inquire about my truck that they’ve had for 3 full days! The only response I got was we’re busy and might need to look at it!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said I need to leave town today and need my truck back asap! They had it all that time to only say we might need to look at it! Im going to mail them a xxxx picture just as a reminder since they liked “Looking @ it” I really hope the Management sees this review because this is a total disgrace!!!!!!!!! Hopefully someone losses their job for this incompetence! If Chevrolet would ever see this review I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy!!!!!!! Please go elsewhere for service for this dealership because they clearly don’t know how to take care of its customers! If I could give it a zero star I would do that first just to warn everyone!

Dealership treated me like a king before I bought the truck but NOT after. I was told to bring in my truck the next day at 10 to have two minor repairs and have a part ordered. I was told it should be a couple of hours. They hadn’t looked at the truck at the two hour mark and I was told he didn’t say a couple of hours. He did. I didn’t hear from them at 4 in the afternoon so I called and was told it would be ready the next day at noon. I now don’t have a vehicle but I was told I could come get it and schedule another day to go through “the regular process”. The sad part is they know I wouldn’t buy a vehicle if they blew me off like this before the sale.

At 52 years old, this was the most ridiculous and aggravating experience with a dealership that I have ever experienced. On October 10th I placed a deposit and ordered a 3500 High Country and waited 10 weeks for it to be delivered only to have it sold to someone else within three hours of the delivery. While my deposit was refunded, not a single person other than the salesman (who was fantastic) reached out with so much as an apology. I would have, as a minimum, expected to have a manager reach out and state what they were willing to do to make it right. Instead, I have called multiple times leaving messages and voicemails with absolutely zero response. On their website they have chosen to post only great reviews denying anyone on their website true and honest reviews. This has proven that they do not truly care for the customer. A simple phone call would have gone a long way but refusing to address my concerns after reaching out to them is unacceptable. I never take the time to leave negative reviews, but their lack of customer service and back-handedness should be recognized.

Also your finance guys were great really enjoyed talking to them wish I would’ve got some thing from them but I didn’t see a need. Thank you very much I will be back for another car!

This is a Service Department Review: So my A/C went out in my 2018 Silverado. We have gotten all of our service at Ferman since. We have had issues along the way but quietly worked through them. After today I have to say I just have to review. Brian, the service manager I am convinced doesn’t care to serve customers. Shocking, I know. My A/C went on Monday the 26th. I called the dealership immediately and the earliest they could schedule me was today the 28th. That’s fine, we dealt with the sweltering heat of Florida and we’re patient because we do not expect immediate service. However, the problem exists when you tell me that you (Dealership Service Department) can schedule my repair at 1pm and then I take a half day off from work, because you know, I still have to do that (work). I arrived at 12:45pm for a 1:30pm appointment and spoke with service advisor Manny. Manny told me unfortunately they could not get my vehicle in today but I could leave it and they would get to it when they can get to it but definitely not today. No offer for loaner no offer for anything really. I asked to speak with Brian, who we had trouble reaching in the past with other issues and he wouldn’t even give us the courtesy of coming out to speak with us. As in past experience when our vehicle wasn’t painted correctly after an accident, he never returned calls or emails and we had to show up one day and just work through multiple employees to get his attention. So here we are, in Florida, in July barreling into August with no A/C and the best they can go is another week. We are both seniors and the heat is unbearable for us. Not to mention the vacation time I lost by burning a half day for this appointment and will need to take an entire day off next week to get it repaired. We are well under warranty as well as purchased an extended warranty. We will be using a different dealer moving forward as we have HAD IT WITH BRIAN THE NO SHOW!

YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silverado. They had an appointment for 2:00 pm on Wednesday so I dropped my truck off Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning @ 8:00am, I received a tx from a Service advisor Michael who said he’d stay in touch with me. I didn’t hear anything all day and send him a message @ 4:00pm requesting an update! I figured they had it all day and just as they’re about to leave for the day, I ask when it will be finished. His reply was we looked at it early and they had to keep it another day! This information would have been helpful earlier in the day so I can secure further transportation!!!! A loaner wasn’t even offered! Thank god I reached out to the dealership because they had may have never got back with me! Day 2 10:00am Thursday, I don’t hear anything from the dealership so I send Michael a message asking for an update. Around 11:00am I finally received a reply saying he needed to get with the technician. REALLY? They’ve had my truck over 12 working hours and they need to get with the technician? Thinking I’d get a call shortly, I wait all day for an update! Once again @ 3:45 I have to ask for a update! So an hour later @ 4:45pm I finally hear a response saying he got backed up? No other response other then that!!!!!!!!!! ISN’T THIS WHY APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE AND IF YOUR BACKED UP YOU DON’T ACCEPT NEW ONES! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TX THE REST OF THE DAY!!!!!! So apparently they decided to keep my truck for another day without contacting me!!!!!!!!!! I call the dealership to speak with someone in Service. My transferred goes right to voicemail!!!! I left a message asking for someone to contact me asap. I never heard anything back! I called the dealership to request speaking to someone in service and they said Service has went home for the day! Once again, I have no transportation and don’t even receiving a simple call saying they were holding my truck just shows the incompetence of this dealership!!!!!! Day 3 2:00pm Friday, Now I’m p!ssed !!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP! I attempted to call and speak to the Service advisor! The transferred call goes right to voicemail!!!!!!! xxx I hang up and call back to speak to the Service manager and that goes to voicemail! Another call is placed for the General Manager and that goes to voicemail!!!! OMG I’m in town for business and I can’t believe this dealership doesn’t care about it’s customers and even simple communication!!!!!!! I call the dealership back for the 4th time and finally got to speak with someone named Mike in Service!!!!!! Actually this person had to be tracked down just to answer the phone! So I proceeded to inquire about my truck that they’ve had for 3 full days! The only response I got was we’re busy and might need to look at it!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said I need to leave town today and need my truck back asap! They had it all that time to only say we might need to look at it! Im going to mail them a xxxx picture just as a reminder since they liked “Looking @ it” I really hope the Management sees this review because this is a total disgrace!!!!!!!!! Hopefully someone losses their job for this incompetence! If Chevrolet would ever see this review I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy!!!!!!! Please go elsewhere for service for this dealership because they clearly don’t know how to take care of its customers! If I could give it a zero star I would do that first just to warn everyone!

Bought a 2021 silverado in January, 5 months and 5500...

Bought a 2021 silverado in January, 5 months and 5500 miles later the engine fails. I have to have my truck towed to the dealership in Fri 5/21 approximately 10am. I call the dealership at 3pm that afternoon and leave a message for a call back to let me know what's going on. 1 hour later still no call back so I show up at the dealership at 4pm, the service writer was so rude, doesn't even look at me just looking at his computer and says he hasn't even entered it into the system and won't be looked at till Monday. I say I need a loaner and he just says he doesn't have and can't do anything for me. I go talk to the service manager and he tells me they will look at it today and also mentioned they have no rentals. BTW there was NO cars in the service staging area so I don't understand how he was so busy he couldn't have my truck entered into the system. Saturday 5/22 they finally call me back and leave a message stating it has serious engine failure and that it will be checked out Monday and that they would give me a call back and also find a rental even if they have to go to a rental company. Monday 5/24 no call, shocker, I call and leave a message and no call back. Tuesday I call and no call back, Wednesday I call and no call back. Thursday and still no call back. Friday I call and they finally call me back saying it needs lifter and that they are on order. Still cant find a rental, doubtful, and says the lifters could take a week maybe two weeks to arrive. I am wasting money on Uber or lyft and will they reimburse me? Doubtful. This is the worst service I've ever had, it's a shame because I've bought 2 cars, had 1 lease and 1 currently leasing from Fermans Mazda dealership that's right next door and now 1 car from the Chevrolet dealership. I will definitely steer away anyone I know thinking of buying from there.
