Even though we ended up finding a different vehicle that more fit our needs, we did want to thank Nicco for his help. Poor is an over statement. I have a brand new 2025 Chevy ZR2, 9395 miles. Bought it Ferman and service at Ferman. Had an issue with windshield washer sprayers failed. Ferman advised that they are NOT COVERED under warranty. Bumper to bumper PLUS extend warranty. Nope not covered. Its past 7500 miles so its not covered. They say because water contaminated the line. Now mind you, i just put wiper fluid, no water, in unit as they were not spraying so I assumed its empty fluid/water whatever WAS in the unit was there from Ferman on delivery, not done by me. When a customer says no three times to extra warranty and you still disregard and pressure them into signing contract without proper explanation of documents.. More importantly bad for business.. I wont repeat the same mistake at this dealership again.
