Booked a test drive online late Sunday evening, received a courtesy call first thing Monday morning from Mo Abbedelal to confirm the details about the vehicle I wanted to look at, the appointment time requested, and to see if there was any questions he could take before I got there. When I got to the dealership, Mo had the car ready for me and promptly answered all my questions. While I took a awhile for me to finally make my decision to purchase, Mo waited patiently even though his shift finished several hours ago. After a little negotiation (the price was reasonable out of the gate), the purchase process was smooth and easy. Fresh wash and a full tank of gas later, I had my new (new to me) 2022 Corvette. Mo was great to work with, zero pressure, and very pleasant. Would gladly recommend to see Mo @ Ferman Chevrolet when you're in the market for a new/used vehicle.

I didn't know exactly what I wanted and I always dread going to the dealership because the process takes SO long, especially if you have little kids you don't want to spend 3-4 hours or more at a dealership. My brother referred me to Ferman Chevy Tampa and to work with Cody Hare. Cody made the process so smooth! I told him I was a no b.s. person and I looked at the Traverse and we worked out the numbers. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. The financing guy was really nice and cool. The dealership is really nice. Cody did a great job from start to finish. We both mentioned we were wishing we could have purchased from him instead, but had to go with the vehicle that was a better fit for us. We absolutely recommend Nicco. We enjoyed working with him, it was a great experience across the board and that did not go unnoticed. I also wanted to mention, I had a bad experience at Ferman dealership a few years ago and have completely avoided as well as warn/not recommended to others. I was actually completely against even pulling in the day we did. Nicco redeemed that.

Worst customer service I've ever recieved in my 53 years of existence. Ferman Mazda sold me a 2019 Jeep that should be totaled. Now its in their shop and I'm stuck with no vehicle to get to work. I am highly xxxxxx and will be talking with my lawyer.
